Deep tissue massage works the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release built-up tension. It helps improve range of motion and heal muscle injury.
Smooth heated stones are worked over the body with oil or essential oils. The heat relaxes muscles more deeply than hands alone and leaves most people feeling calm and centered.
A 30 minute deep tissue massage focused on your tightest areas. It targets built-up tension in the muscle and connective tissue when you have less time.
Two people get a massage at the same time in the same room. It is a Swedish massage with essential oils and hot towels that relaxes the body and eases muscle tension. You can add hot stones or cupping to either table.

It starts with a head, neck, and face massage, then a high frequency device targets acne-causing bacteria, followed by a Grace and Stella mud mask and extractions. A shorter facial for when time is limited. It runs the Signature Facial's cleanse, tone, treatment, and mask in a focused 30 minutes.
Dermaplaning uses a blade to gently exfoliate the top layer of skin and remove peach fuzz. It includes a light enzyme and a soothing mask, and skin feels smooth right after.
This treatment pairs a full facial with microdermabrasion. A minimally abrasive tool removes the thicker, uneven outer layer of skin to treat light scarring, discoloration, sun damage, fine lines, and wrinkles.
Microneedling creates tiny punctures in the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve texture. It helps with wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and age spots.
A facial for the back that deep cleans the pores and eases back acne, using sea kelp mud with massage and extractions. The 45 minute option covers extractions or massage, and the 90 minute option includes a longer back massage.
A 60 minute Acne Relief Facial paired with a back treatment. It combines a seaweed mud mask, a sea salt scrub, a head, neck, and scalp massage, and extractions, with high frequency ozone targeting acne-causing bacteria on the back. Hot towels and essential oils are included.
