Asheville Massage and Wellness is a licensed massage and skincare studio at 211 Merrimon Ave. Suite 201, Asheville, NC 28801. You can reach us at (828) 373-9797 or ashevillemassageandwellness@gmail.com. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments can be booked online through our booking page or by phone. Booking is handled by Vagaro, a third-party scheduling service, and is subject to their terms as well as ours. An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
We know unanticipated events happen. The policy exists so we can be fair to everyone on the schedule, and we will always talk it through with you.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the booked service still applies.
Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are listed on our services page and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.
Memberships bill monthly at the rate shown when you join. You may pause your membership at any time during the year with no fee or penalty. To cancel, email us with 30 days' written notice. Membership benefits are for the member named on the account and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Gift cards are delivered digitally and can be used toward any massage, facial or spa package. They are not redeemable for cash except where state law requires it, and they are not replaceable if lost or shared.
Please tell us about injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or medication before your session, and update us if anything changes. Massage and skincare services are not a substitute for medical care and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. We may decline or modify a service when it would not be safe or appropriate, including when someone arrives unwell or under the influence.
Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate or suggestive behaviour, comment or request will end the session immediately, the full amount will be charged, and we may decline future bookings. Our therapists have the same right to end a session that you do, at any time and for any reason.
You may ask to change pressure, technique, music, temperature or draping at any point, and you may end the session at any time. You will be properly draped throughout, and only the area being worked on will be undraped.
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Asheville Massage and Wellness and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is free of errors at all times.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
